Erin joins the Seed team to scale its ecommerce platform and to create educational, empowering, and wondrous experiences for its customers.
She is deeply passionate about cultivating an intuitive experience across each customer touchpoint—this means positioning the user at the center of every conversation within the business, including how it acquires, retains, and services its customers through URL and IRL.
Erin is a startup enthusiast, thriving on quick deadlines, new possibilities, right-brain thinkers, and driving impact. She formerly led Member Experience at Spring, Inc (acquired by Shoprunner in 2018) and Aaptiv, Inc. Erin studied Spanish and History at Denison University, and on weekends you can find her running along Venice beach wishing she was agile enough to surf with the locals.

Why do you think bacteria are important?
Bacteria have resided on our planet for over 3.7 billion years, spanning approximately 85% of our planet’s history. Human life only represents 0.001%.
How do you define science?
Knowledge and understanding of the universe and everything within it.

Listening to your body and questioning how you care for it.
