We are looking for an exceptional Lead Product Experience Designer to create and execute seamless, intuitive and perspective-shifting digital brand experiences, and manage our product design team.

You are a unique hybrid that likely comes from a Design, Product, or User Experience background. Responsibilities

  • Work across brand and product teams to lead the design of user-centered experiences. 
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, brand designers, UX writers, and researchers to design intuitive and delightful user experiences that drive user engagement and value.
  • Work with engineering to ensure successful execution of the product design vision
  • Oversee the development of a concrete vision of a future-state end-to-end service experience 
  • Oversee the development of a wide range of design assets from initial conception through to execution, including sketches, storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality standards to ensure that all design work is of the highest quality, and meets the needs of our customers and the business.
  • Manage and mentor the product design team, including setting priorities, assigning resources, and providing guidance to help them grow in their roles.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices, translate findings to inform and inspire the work, and provide thought leadership on design-related issues.
  • Ensure that all design work adheres to brand guidelines and design standards.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in design, with at least 4 years in a management role.
  • Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates expertise in branding, product design, website design
  • Experience growing and scaling a consumer brand.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team of designers.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and strategies to cross-functional teams and external partners.

Compensation

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Seed, you will work cross-functionally to inform product and channel expansion, owning the audience strategy, positioning, and messaging of products.

You will develop core foundational narratives that articulate USPs, benefits, claims, and key differentiators, which can evolve alongside our science and clinical research. As the nucleic storyteller of a product, you will construct and reconstruct the narratives that achieve the goals of any channel or marketing initiative, creating novel ideas that continue to reiterate the innovation and differentiation of our products. To do this, you incessantly track the market, competitive landscape, new emerging science, clinician insights, consumer trends and the nooks and crannies of /reddit to inform your work. You collate these inputs and ideas into briefs that inspire creative, copy, growth and design teams to bring your ideas to life. You know you are good at your job when competitors start scaling copycat messaging you spun up 8 weeks ago. 

You deeply understand the world of (and care deeply about) consumer health, especially supplementation and nutrition—major bonus points for gut health, probiotics, prebiotics, postbiotics, and microbiome. You also have extensive multi-channel experience, working across DTC, Retail, and Wholesale. In the areas you aren’t a domain expert, you have a clear methodology to get up to speed both commercially and scientifically. Once you immerse, your best work emerges from deep synthesis of all inputs and results in world-class, and if applicable, scroll-stopping, marketing.

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing with a proven track record of successfully launching, marketing and continuing to optimize hero health and wellness products.

What you’ll do: 

  • Own ongoing positioning and messaging strategy across a set of products to find efficiency and unlock new marketing strategies in partnership with Growth (paid media, CRM, product). Be the steward of the humans we impact. 
  • Source of truth for the products and understand all nuances around key USPs, benefits, claims, supply chain, and the entire ecology around a product—especially the details many other companies don’t consider. 
  • Develop and push the development of new claims, messaging and opportunities. This unto itself is a center of innovation.
  • Inform research roadmaps and partner with Consumer Insights and Analytics to understand consumer needs, pain points, and behaviors. Use this data in all facets of product marketing including strategy, positioning, and campaign tactics.
  • Continue to refine and expand buyer personas and target customer segments based on market research, ensuring effective and targeted marketing campaigns. How do you unearth the most interesting, untapped communities? Note: You are generally known for leaving no stone unturned. 
  • Partner closely with New Channel managers to expand into Retail and Wholesale, unlocking volume from new markets.

The Head of Influencer and Partnerships will lead Seed’s award-winning Influencer and Partnerships Program. Seed’s Influencer and Partnerships program has been central to its success from day 1 – and yet so much opportunity to grow it further remains. 

You will optimize Seed’s existing Influencer program by fostering relationships, improving ways of working, balancing awareness and conversion goals, and extracting and scaling breakthrough insights. We are seeking a strategic and visionary leader to join our team as the Head of Insights. As the Head of Insights, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's decision-making processes by providing valuable insights derived from data analysis, market research, and industry trends. The successful candidate will lead a team of external analysts/agencies and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Leadership:

  • Data analytics experience in IBM SPSS, Tableau, and SAS
  • Survey programming and management experience in Qualtrics or the equivalent
  • Proficient in sourcing and managing external suppliers to aid with quantitative and qualitative research projects

Summary:

As a Member Experience Quality Specialist, you will occupy a crucial role within our organization. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of MX Operations and Strategy, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each member interaction is exemplary by leading quality assurance evaluations for our Member Experience Team. Additionally, you will focus on identifying, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activities. Some of your tasks will include monitoring transactions, addressing inbound quality concerns, and analyzing reseller behavior beyond our DTC platform. Your commitment to upholding operational integrity and enhancing member experiences exemplifies our organizational standards of excellence.

You possess a meticulous attention to detail and a robust problem-solving ability, developed through your background in quality assurance or customer service fields. You excel in dynamic environments and demonstrate strong collaboration skills across diverse teams. You are proactive in managing fraud risks and devising prevention strategies. What You'll Do:

  • Recommend Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for updating existing processes and introduce new methods to meet changing business demands.
  • Conduct Quality Assurance Evaluations: Perform thorough and objective evaluations of member interactions based on predetermined quality metrics and guidelines.
  • Provide Actionable Feedback: Offer detailed feedback to Member Experience Coordinators and their supervisors, emphasizing strengths, improvement areas, and strategies to enhance member interactions.
  • Develop Improvement Plans: Work alongside team leaders to develop personalized and team-oriented plans designed to boost Coordinator performance and enhance member satisfaction.
  • Analyze Performance Data: Leverage performance data and evaluation outcomes to pinpoint persistent issues, identify training needs, and spot process inefficiencies, recommending solutions and training programs.
  • Utilize Analytical Tools: Utilize analytical tools to detect, monitor, and mitigate current and potential fraud threats.
  • Ensure Product Compliance: Examine resellers and e-commerce platforms to confirm that our products are not being distributed by unauthorized parties.
  • Communicate with Members: Conduct outbound communications with members reporting fraudulent purchases to verify claims and gather necessary information.
  • Monitor Transactions and Investigate Fraud: Oversee real-time transaction activities, probe reported fraud claim cases, and engage with customers to confirm transaction authenticity.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Maintain confidentiality of information and contribute to team efforts by meeting related key results.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and continuously improve skills through education and networking opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Quality Assurance experience in an Operations or Customer Service Department.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Effective time management and planning abilities.
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships in a cross-functional environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalence of 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in high-growth startups.
  • Experience building complex financial products.
  • Knowledge of chargeback processes and chargeback resolution.

The annual pay range for this full-time position is $60k - $75k + equity + benefits. Our pay ranges are guided by discipline, level and experience required.
