Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of professional experience in motion graphics design, preferably from agency or DTC in-house environments.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other industry-standard motion graphics software.
  • Strong interest in using AI to advance your craft, with a keen understanding of its applications in motion design.
  • Strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, and design aesthetics.
  • You are comfortable moving from macro to micro—no project is too small to tackle with positivity.

What You’ll Do

  • Create engaging motion graphics for a variety of platforms, including brand campaigns, social media, paid ads, in-store displays, and events, aligning with Seed’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
  • Work with the digital product design team to determine a system for user interface and interaction animations.
  • Collaborate with associate creative directors, designers, and other team members to develop and execute motion graphics concepts and storyboards.
  • Build a robust system of motion principles and templates for our Paid Ads program.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality and innovation of motion graphics production.

Compensation

The annual pay range for this full-time position is $120k-$140k + equity + benefits across all US locations (this position is 100% remote-US). The Director of Growth Creative Strategy will lead the development and execution of growth creative strategies to drive growth across various channels. This role will be responsible for driving our Growth creative strategy, owning growth channel briefs and leading the build-measure-learn process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative strategy, growth marketing, and data-driven decision-making.

Who you are:

  • 8+ years of experience in a growth marketing leadership role with an emphasis on creative strategy, preferably within a high-growth health, wellness or CPG company
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful creative and messaging strategies that drive growth.
  • Experience with growth marketing frameworks, especially the build-measure-learn methodology.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a strong understanding of how to leverage creative content to drive business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Build and drive quarterly creative strategy plans that adapt to the company goals, stage, and lifecycle of the business, bringing in compelling data points and insights that continue to enhance the approach to growth creative strategies.
  • Own and manage the creation and execution of compelling and well-written growth channel briefs that are deeply aligned with business goals.

The Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social will manage day to day execution of our paid social media initiatives to improve efficiency and help Seed achieve its target KPIs across DTC, Amazon, and Retail distribution channels. You will collaborate closely across the org with Creative Strategy, Influencer, Creative, Growth Product, New Channels, and Data to establish and maintain a world-class acquisition program.

 

Who You Are

  • 3-5 years of Paid Social Media experience at a DTC ecommerce company managing and scaling campaigns (specifically hands-on experience managing Meta, Youtube, TikTok).
  • Experience running experiments and utilizing data to make actionable decisions
  • Direct experience with managing whitelisted ad programs and hands-on experience building partnership ads
  • Deep knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and best practices (targeting, ad formats, creative specs) and growth marketing measurement methodologies (attribution, incrementality, lifetime value)
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics, develop tactical insights, and propose actionable recommendations

What You’ll Do

  • Day-to-day management of paid social channels including campaign set up, trafficking creative, test and lift study creation, budget and pacing optimizations to maximize channel performance
  • Set up, run, and analyze performance of managed channels on an ongoing basis to ensure optimal performance on KPI’s: CPA, CAC, LTV, etc
  • Manage budget and pacing to monthly spend and volume targets, relocating spend as needed
  • Collaborate with influencer marketing, brand marketing, and others across the organization to improve full omnichannel funnel efficiency and related campaigns
  • Own all aspects of campaign setup, optimization, troubleshoots, daily reporting with a hyper focus on CAC efficiency and incrementality
  • Partner with relevant stakeholders on audience management and ensure we’re reaching the right users
  • Collaborate with Growth Creative Strategy on creative performance and readouts for internal brand/product teams to develop relevant marketing assets 
  • Stay abreast of trends and innovations across the paid media landscape and partner with the rest of the Performance team to refine our approach as needed

As a Product Manager on our Platform team, you will lead a cross-functional squad to execute, with precision and innovation, a world-class digital platform that serves as the technical foundation for our growing business. You will collaborate with stakeholders throughout the company, including our operations, fulfillment, and customer experience teams to help identify solutions to their unique challenges in scaling their operations. Who you are

  • You have 4+ years of experience scaling software solutions for internal stakeholders in collaboration with engineering, product, and design
  • Bonus if you have experience in ecommerce, international, or subscription businesses with significant scale from <10MM to 250MM+
  • You have a scientific outlook and use data to make decisions – when you don’t have data, you search for anecdotal and qualitative information to gain insights
  • You always ask why and are obsessive about understanding and creatively meeting the user needs 
  • You love the creative challenge of stitching together product requirements, design, resource constraints, and timing
  • You constantly think about the best way to get an MVP into the user’s hands and find a pathway to iterate, improve and deliver more value
  • You have a proven track record of setting a plan and managing to it, especially in fast-paced, agile environments 
  • You’re familiar with data technologies including SQL, Tableau, Looker, Segment, Amplitude, or similar
