At Seed, we believe that science and storytelling aren’t opposites—they’re partners. As our Growth Brand Designer, you’ll sit at the intersection of brand and performance, bringing powerful creative to life across the digital ecosystem to drive connection, curiosity, and conversion.

This role blends storytelling with strategic execution. You’ll concept, craft, and evolve designs that live across lifecycle marketing emails and paid social to deliver best-in-class creative that both performs and inspires. You’ll also help evolve our design systems and digital experiences to meet our members wherever they are in their journey.

This is a highly collaborative role for a systems thinker and visual builder—someone who can zoom into the craft and zoom out to the strategy. You'll help define what digital at Seed feels like while expanding the ways we show up across performance and retention channels.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design
  • 4–6+ years of experience crafting digital experiences, brand systems, and performance assets—ideally for a design-led, consumer-facing brand
  • A portfolio that showcases your strength in visual design, typography, layout, and systems-thinking with a strong eye for storytelling
  • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; motion or prototyping skills are a plus
  • Experience designing for lifecycle marketing and a solid understanding of email design best practices
  • Familiarity with performance creative testing (A/B, multivariate) and applying insights to optimize design
  • Deep curiosity about the customer journey and how design can support each stage of the funnel
  • Comfortable working within design systems and component libraries—able to think modularly and design for scale
  • Highly collaborative, with strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally across teams
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented with a strong commitment to high-quality execution
  • Organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Enthusiastic about the use of AI in design, with a keen interest in integrating emerging tools into your creative workflow

What You’ll Do

  • Design and execute performance creative across lifecycle, email, and paid social—translating strategy into standout visual solutions
  • ​​Own and evolve the email design system, working closely with our Lifecycle team to build scalable modules and templates that are optimized for engagement
  • Translate insights and testing data into thoughtful design iterations that balance conversion with brand integrity
  • Ensure each touchpoint—from inbox to seed.com—feels cohesive and connected by partnering closely with Lifecycle and Product teams
  • Support launches and campaigns with assets that span digital, IRL, and experiential moments
  • Develop quick-turn variations for testing and iteration across performance channels
  • Design with responsiveness, mobile-first principles, and accessibility standards top of mind
  • Contribute to our evolving brand design component library, bringing consistency, flexibility and creative excellence at scale

Compensation

The annual pay range for this full-time position is $110,000 - $130,000 + equity + benefits across all US locations (this position is 100% remote-US). Our pay ranges are guided by discipline, level and experience required. Within the range, individual pay may vary based on additional factors, including your specific location, desired skills/ technical competency, relevant experience and advanced education/ training.

We’re seeking a Senior Manager, Social Channels to lead, launch, and scale strategies across TikTok, YouTube, and beyond—driving meaningful discovery and education while translating our science into content that resonates.

You’re an endlessly curious Social Channels Manager with a deep connection to the cultural zeitgeist and a pulse on social channel trends and performance. You’re passionate about shaping health culture and believe that storytelling can spark personal transformation. You understand how to turn complex ideas into digestable stories, you spot trends, you care about facts. You understand the cultural codes of TikTok, the narrative hooks of YouTube Shorts, and the craft of thumb-stopping Instagram reels—you create clear and compelling briefs to turn ideas in stories, native to their respective channels. You understand and synthesize performance data into actionable insights, then plans for execution. 

You’re a cross between a channel strategist, performance analyst and content expert—with a belief that content isn’t just a deliverable, it’s a vehicle for meaning. You thrive in a fast-paced, feedback-rich environment and believe risky ideas are worth pursuing.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute Seed’s TikTok and YouTube strategies from the ground up, developing and owning a content calendar, monitoring channel performance, and reporting against clear business goals.
  • Develop a compelling content roadmap that integrates educational, science-led storytelling with culturally relevant, social-first formats.
  • Partner with Creative, PMM, and Brand teams to brief, produce, and optimize content, ensuring that each channel drives discovery, education, and community growth.
  • Track performance rigorously, using data to optimize content, posting schedules, and creative approaches for each platform.
  • Identify and manage relationships with creators, experts, and partners to extend Seed’s reach authentically.
  • Experiment thoughtfully, bringing a test-and-learn mindset to creative, format, and platform approaches.
  • Stay at the forefront of platform updates and trends, sharing learnings internally to inform brand-wide opportunities.

Requirements

  • You have 6+ years of social media experience across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube, and Linkedin.
  • A proven track record of launching and growing TikTok and YouTube channels for brands in wellness, health, lifestyle, or consumer products.
  • You are fluent in the nuances of short-form and long-form video content, understanding what drives discovery, engagement, and community on each platform.
  • You are a strategic thinker with strong creative instincts, balancing brand integrity with social-native storytelling.
  • You are data-driven, leveraging metrics to iterate and optimize performance while staying true to the brand.

You are both a strategic thinker and a hands-on maker—someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and deeply understands how design drives both user and business outcomes.

Your approach is insight-led and data-informed. You’re energized by complex problems and motivated by meaningful change—deepening engagement, driving conversion, increasing LTV, and crafting branded moments of delight across the full customer lifecycle.

You move fluidly between Figma and AI tools—exploring motion, interaction, and code-aware prototypes with a high level of craft and technical fluency. You collaborate deeply across Product, Engineering, MX, and Brand—and bring a principled, inventive approach that elevates not just the expe, but the team around you.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of end-to-end lifecycle experiences—from pre-purchase discovery to post-purchase subscription management and loyalty engagement—using first principles and behavioral insights to reduce friction, drive conversion, and increase long-term value.
  • Prototype rapidly using tools like Figma, Bolt, Jitter, and Cursor; explore interaction and motion to elevate clarity, craft, and engagement.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Engineering, Brand, and Customer Care to design cohesive and scalable experiences across the lifecycle.
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system—ensuring accessibility, usability, consistency, and brand maturity across every touchpoint.
  • Champion a test-and-learn culture—leveraging A/B testing, user feedback, and product analytics to iterate and optimize.
  • Help define a high-craft, collaborative design culture through mentorship, open critique, and principled design thinking.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, including at least 2 years in a lead or principal role.
  • A portfolio showcasing high-impact digital work—especially across e-commerce, subscription, and lifecycle flows.
  • Mastery of interaction and visual design, with fluency in Figma, motion tools, and code-aware prototyping platforms.
  • Strong grasp of product performance metrics (CVR, LTV, retention, etc.) and the role of design in optimizing them.
  • Deep understanding of modern design systems and their evolution.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills—able to align stakeholders, influence strategy, and inspire action.
  • A passion for science, wellness, and building experiences that inform, empower, and retain users long-term.
