Visionary Urgency
We see what others don't, so we do what others can't. The future of human and planetary health won't wait—so neither do we.
Careers at Seed
We're Seed. A community of scientists, marketers, engineers, storytellers, and innovators pioneering applications of microbes to improve human health. Building Seed takes a special kind of person—and that person might be you.
Our Mission
Our Values
We see what others don't, so we do what others can't. The future of human and planetary health won't wait—so neither do we.
We are catalysts. We create the kind of energy that transforms—unlocking potential in our people, our community, and the world we share.
Our belief in the microbiome is unbridled, and so is our responsibility to get the science right. We are powered by principles, with ownership over every outcome.
SeedLabs
At Seed, your work reaches far beyond the body.
Our environmental research division, SeedLabs, runs on the principle of One Health—that our bodies and our ecosystems are inseparable. It applies microbial science to problems like honeybee collapse, coral reef loss, plastic waste, and carbon capture, funded by our consumer products so growth and discovery advance together.
